This Privacy Policy covers our activities on this website. The Asopori Mobile App shares the same account system and infrastructure but publishes its own dedicated privacy policy for app-specific data (device IDs, push notifications, on-device CV data, etc.).

3. Information We Collect
A. Anonymous Student Participation
We prioritise student privacy. Asopori does not require students to provide personally identifiable information (PII) to take free exams or quizzes.
- Nicknames: Students participate using only a nickname/alias.
- Leaderboard: Only the nickname and scores are shown publicly on global and exam leaderboards. We do not collect real names, addresses or government IDs of free students.
B. Unified Accounts
A single account is used across the platform (students, teachers/educators, and admins). Registration is required to post in the community, earn or withdraw points, subscribe to Premium, or author exams. We collect:
- Account details: Name, phone number and password (email optional), or your Google (Gmail) email if you sign in with Google.
- Educator details: Institution name and contact details for those who publish exams.
- Financial details: Mobile-banking numbers, collected only when you request a withdrawal and used only to process payment.
C. Community Content
If you use the community, we store the content you create — posts, questions, comments, answers, up/down votes, follows, bookmarks and study-group memberships. This content may be shown publicly according to your settings. We also store reports/blocks for moderation.
D. Points & Wallet
Asopori has one points wallet. Points can be earned through platform activity — including the Special Exam quiz (25 points per 1,000 correct answers; wrong answers are never rewarded or deducted) and the app install-referral program (a verified install credits +1 point) — and later withdrawn via mobile banking. We store points balances, earning history and withdrawal requests. Withdrawal minimums are the same across all earning sources.
E. Educational E-commerce (physical products)
- Order information: Name, shipping address and phone number to arrange delivery.
- Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not collect or store card or bank data.
F. Job Alert Metadata
Our Job Alert section tracks recruitment metadata (deadlines, organisations, positions) and links to official sources or PDF circulars. We do not host official application forms.
G. Log Files
We follow the standard use of log files: IP address, browser type, ISP, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages and click counts. These are not linked to personally identifiable information.
4. Cookies and Web Beacons
We use cookies to store visitor preferences and pages accessed, to optimise the experience by customising content to your browser and settings.
5. Google AdSense, AdMob & Third-Party Advertising
