1. Non-Governmental Entity (Independent Platform)

Asopori is a strictly independent and private educational platform. It is NOT an official representative of, affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government entity of Bangladesh or any other country.

This explicitly includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC)

  • Directorate of Primary Education (DPE)

  • NTRCA (Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority)

  • Ministry of Education or Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.

  • Any government bank or semi-government organization.

2. Source of Information & Content

All government-related information (e.g., BCS, Primary, NTRCA, or Bank job updates) and educational content provided on the Website and the Mobile App are sourced and curated by our internal team.

  • The Hub: The Asopori Mobile App fetches its data exclusively from our private website, asopori.com.

  • Nature of Data: These are privately managed educational portals and are NOT government domains (.gov.bd).

The content presented here is for preparatory and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AsoporiTech does not guarantee that all information is 100% complete, error-free, or up-to-date.

Our Job Alert section is a metadata tracking tool designed to notify students about recruitment deadlines.

  • Notification Only: We do not host application forms or process recruitments.

  • External Links: We provide links to official sources or PDF circulars for user convenience. Interaction with these external links is governed by our Terms of Service.

6. CV Maker Privacy (Mobile App Exclusive)

The CV Maker feature in the Asopori App follows a local-storage-only policy.

  • Local Data: All personal data entered (names, photos, signatures) and generated PDF files are stored exclusively in the App's private directory on your device.

  • No Access: AsoporiTech does not collect, upload, or have any access to your CV data.

  • Data Loss: Uninstalling the app or clearing data will permanently delete your saved CV info. We cannot recover this data as we do not maintain backups on our servers.

7. Exam System & Participant Anonymity

  • Student Privacy: Asopori does not require students to register. Students participate in exams using a nickname or alias. We do not verify student identities.

  • Integrity: To ensure fair play and prevent spam, the App/Website may log a unique Device ID or technical identifier during exam submission. This data is used solely for leaderboard management.

  • Validity: Exam scores and results are for self-assessment only and hold no official validity for government certification or employment.

8. Third-Party Advertisements

Our platforms are supported by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense (Website), Google AdMob, and Meta Audience Network (Mobile App).

  • Ads Content: These ads are generated by third parties. AsoporiTech does not endorse the products or services advertised, nor do we verify their claims.

  • Discretion: Users should exercise caution when interacting with advertisements. We are not liable for any loss arising from your interaction with third-party ads.
